Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most items. All returns must include original packaging with all certificates and accessories.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Within 24 business hours, you’ll get:- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)

- Secure Packaging & Shipment
Use original double-wall packaging with included reinforcement materials. For high-value items ($500+), we recommend adding optional insurance. - Quality Inspection
Our Quality Assurance team will examine returned items within 3 business days using our 40-point checklist. - Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days via original payment method:- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days to appear
- PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Note “EXCHANGE REQUEST” in your email subject
- Specify replacement item number
We prioritize processing exchanges for rare vault collection items to ensure availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain precision-crafted items cannot be returned due to their specialized nature:
- Opened Aircraft Plastic Kits (due to part separation risk)
- Custom-ordered Scale Models (1:18 scale vehicles with personalized elements)
- Albion Alloys specialty materials (cut-to-order items)
- Gift Sets with broken seals
International Returns
For collectors outside the U.S.:
- Customs forms must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” with declared value of $0
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the collector’s responsibility
