Bristol Blenheim MkIVF GBPIV ‘Spirit of Britain First’ Z5722 WM-Z Duxford Airfield.
Built painstakingly at Duxford following the untimely demise of the first Blenheim restoration, this aircraft first flew on 28th May 1993 in the night fighter markings of W/C Max Aitken, Commanding Officer of 68 Squadron in 1941. The name ‘Spirit Of Britain First’ is a direct reference to the name of the very first Blenheim.
